Exchange Policy

We want you to love every product you purchase from Uttaraa.in. If you wish to exchange an item, we are happy to assist you with our hassle-free exchange policy.

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.

The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Email us at info@uttaraa.in within 2 days of receiving the product. 

Please include:

Your order number.

The reason for the exchange.

The product details for the item you wish to receive in exchange.

Our team will review your request and confirm the exchange eligibility.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange a pick-up of the product from your location.

Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging and ready for pick-up at the scheduled time.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the replacement item. The estimated delivery time for the replacement will be shared with you once the exchange is processed.

Note

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability of the desired product.

If the replacement product is unavailable, we will assist you in selecting an alternative or issue a refund as per our Return Policy.
